excellent stay at diani
expansive grounds renovated room evening entertainment
the resort grounds were expansive with ample greenery, a few swimming pools, and multiple dining options. we enjoyed a recently renovated room that offered a lovely view of the beach. the staff were very courteous and there was evening entertainment provided. the sea offered calm, warm waters for swimming.
the check-in process was a bit slow, and the room wasn't immediately ready upon arrival. this caused a slight delay and required some waiting in the lobby before we could settle in. hopefully, this can be streamlined to improve their initial experience.

the resort included five swimming pools and five bars that were all-inclusive, a benefit that enhanced the vacation. the quality of the food and drinks were notably good with diverse variety throughout our four night stay. morning and evening snacks were available between meals, nice for continuous enjoyment.

daily servicing maintained high cleaning standards, complete with sheet changes and fresh water bottles. our beautiful double room balcony included a spacious layout and it had a private outdoor area, very convenient. the room's amenities were modern and well-kept.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, consistently providing quick assistance and reliable support. i found the level of service to be excellent, especially in the restaurants and meeting rooms. the entire team worked to ensure our needs were met promptly and efficiently. The service was great!

Waking up to a superior double or twin room terrace was amazing, i loved the space! the variety of cuisines available at breakfast and supper was unbelievable, i tried so many new things. the open kids restaurant all day was such a convenience. It.
the beach had some persistent vendors.

The hotel features direct beach access. This allows for easy walks. i could see the proximity to local shops from the hotel entrance. I found this very useful for grabbing souvenirs. it seemed very secure at the gate.

the hotel has multiple restaurants. this includes one specifically for seafood. the main buffet includes a live cooking station with pasta and grilling options! i tasted diverse foods, i definitely was not bored.

My superior double or twin room terrace offered ample space. This made it easy for us to relax. the air conditioning worked perfectly! it kept the room cool during the hottest hours. daily housekeeping kept everything clean.

warm pools perfect weather friendly bar
the pools were amazing and so warm , i really enjoyed this. the weather was perfect . drinks were plenty , it helped keep me hydrated and the bar staff were always friendly , i loved that.
the food was average , nothing special , but there was lots of choice.
